Nitt Food was built on a simple idea: Great food starts with real ingredients, real craftsmanship, and real people behind it.
Rooted in a passion for farming, quality meats, and bold flavors, Nitt Food brings together a line of products designed to elevate the way people cook, grill, and gather. From fresh salsa to handcrafted BBQ sauce and our signature dry rub; now known as Nitt Spice; everything we make is grounded in quality, tradition, and flavor that speaks for itself.

Behind the brand is a family legacy that began in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on the Kasak family farm. Surrounded by cows, chickens, pigs, and a growing herd of goats, the foundation for Nitt Food was built long before it ever had a name.
At the heart of the farm was the family butcher shop.
Tyler Kasak’s father built his reputation on high-quality, choice cuts and a deep knowledge of smoked meats. The butcher shop became the backbone of the family, where craftsmanship was learned, standards were set, a passion for farming and hard work were passed down. It was also where the original recipes were created: homemade salsa, BBQ sauce, and a dry rub known as “J&J,” named after Tyler’s mom and dad, which would later become Nitt Spice.

Behind the scenes, Tyler’s mother was the constant force that kept everything moving. Balancing the farm, school schedules, wrestling practices, and family life with dedication and sacrifice.
Tyler’s siblings brought energy and support to everything they did, with his sister Angelina continuing her athletic career as a collegiate soccer player and now helping run the Nitt Food business.
Together, the family built something far bigger than a business…they built a way of life.
At a young age, Tyler asked his Uelo (grandfather) if he could have one of his goats. His grandfather replied, "If you can catch it, you can have it." After nearly an hour of determination, Tyler caught the goat, sparking a lifelong passion for agriculture.
Tyler and his sister Angelina were both deeply involved in 4-H, which inspired their younger brother Nate to follow that same path.
Through it all, they learned responsibility, discipline, and pride in the work they put in every day. Values that carried over into every aspect of their lives.
That same unrelenting work ethic led Tyler to wrestling, a sport that would ultimately shape the next chapter of his life and demand the absolute highest level of dedication.
That chapter led him to Penn State Nittany Lions wrestling.
Earning the opportunity to wrestle at Penn State came with commitment; not just from Tyler; but from his entire family. The Kasaks made the decision to move to the State College area.
Even there, they stayed true to their roots. Tyler’s father has become known as the "unofficial" butcher for the Penn State wrestling program, providing high-quality, farm-raised meats to athletes.
Nitt Food is a reflection of that entire journey.
It’s built from a butcher shop. It’s shaped by a farm. It’s driven by family. A portion of proceeds goes back to support Penn State wrestling. From Bucks County to State College, from the farm to the grill, Nitt Food represents something real.
Family. Craft. Tradition. And giving back.
